Shipping & Return Policy

We want your pnktrend.com experience to be smooth from checkout to delivery. Please review the policies below so you know what to expect.


Order Processing Times

       Orders placed Monday through Friday before 9:00 AM EST are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

       Orders placed Friday after 9:00 AM EST through Sunday are processed the following Monday and shipped by 5:00 PM EST.

       pnktrend.com observes all U.S. national holidays and any days the USPS is closed. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and the delivery destination. Applicable sales tax will also be displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

       Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx

       Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

       Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days

       Free Standard Shipping: on all U.S. orders over $75.00

International Shipping

       Carrier: USPS

       Countries served: Canada, Mexico, Australia, United Kingdom, European Union member states, South Korea, China, and Japan.

       Estimated delivery: 2–6 weeks, depending on customs processing in the destination country.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)

Our shipping charges cover delivery only. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are collected by your local customs authority upon delivery. Please check with your country's customs office for estimated fees before ordering.

Lost, Stolen, or Returned Packages

Once a package leaves our facility and is accepted by the carrier, delivery is handled by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@pnktrend.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can help you file a claim with the carrier.

While we are not the carrier and cannot guarantee delivery once the package is in transit, we will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue. This policy does not waive any rights you may have under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act or other applicable consumer protection laws.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the original shipping fee is non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment. If you notice an address error, please contact us at info@pnktrend.com as soon as possible — we will do our best to update it before the order ships.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us at info@pnktrend.com within 2 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we are unable to make changes.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Window

You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Requests made after 15 days cannot be accepted, except where required by applicable law (for example, in cases of latent factory defects).

Condition Requirements

All returned items must be:

       Unworn and unused;

       In original packaging;

       With all original tags attached (hang tag, price tag, and main label).

Items that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a higher restocking fee or denied a return.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email info@pnktrend.com with your order number and the reason for the return within 15 calendar days of delivery. Once your request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label by email. Returns sent without prior authorization or without our prepaid label may not be accepted.

Full Refund (No Restocking Fee, Free Return Shipping)

You will receive a full refund with no restocking fee, and we will cover all return shipping costs, in the following cases:

       We shipped the wrong item, wrong size, or wrong style;

       The item arrived with a factory defect or damage that was present before opening;

       The product was materially different from its description on our website (please email photos and details so we can verify).

Restocking Fees (All Other Returns)

For returns due to change of mind, wrong size ordered, style not as expected, or similar reasons, a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund based on the condition of the returned item:

       15% — Item returned in original, unopened packaging with all tags attached.

       30% — Item returned with tags removed or detached.

       50% — Item returned with damaged or missing original packaging.

The cost of the prepaid return shipping label will also be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. Any price difference will be handled at the time of the new order.

International Returns

International customers may return items under the same conditions above. However, our prepaid return label program is available for U.S. orders only. For international returns, return shipping costs, customs fees, and duties are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or factory defect.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked "non-returnable" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.
